Injury Claim Types

If you have suffered an injury in an accident that was not your fault then you could be entitled to make a personal injury accident compensation claim; you should instruct a personal injury solicitor within three years of the date of the accident.

Making a Claim

Starting a claim is simple and almost all the work will be done by us, from investigating the claim, advising on its merits, liaising with the defendant’s insurance company and either negotiating a settlement or representing you in court.

As solicitors will deal with your claim from start to finish it is important to use a solicitor whom you trust and is experienced in dealing with your type of claim. We have many years of experience, are specialist solicitors and you can see who you are dealing with right from the start (our staff profiles are on this site).

To assist us there are certain things that you should do following an accident; these include: –

  • seeking medical attention immediately
  • taking photographs of the accident scene
  • where the injury is at work, ensuring that the accident is reported fully
  • obtaining the details of any witnesses so they can be contacted by your solicitor

We work on a no win no fee basis, which essentially means that making a claim is free!

If you win, your legal costs will be paid by the defendants and we pay for all expenses incurred during the case including an insurance policy to fully cover the highly unlikely eventuality that the claim does not succeed and an order for costs is made in favour of the defendant. We offer this as we are confident in our ability to win your claim, and you can be reassured that we win the vast majority of cases as otherwise, paying out for your expenses would mean we were out of business a long time ago !
