Arm injury

As with all kinds of injury claim, the types of injury and causes are extremely wide. Some examples of the types of arm injury we regularly deal with are: –

  • Arm injury compensation will generally be in the region of between £2,300 and £3,200 where the accident victim has made a good recovery from the injury within a matter of months.
  • Forearm (simple fractures / breaks) – £3,800 – £11,200.
  • Forearm (serious fractures / breaks) – £11,200 – £34,850.
  • Simple fracture to elbow – up to £8,000.
  • Moderate elbow injury – £10,300 – £21,000.
  • Severe elbow injury – £25,750 – £36,000.
  • Amputation (below elbow) £56,000 – £63,625.
  • Amputation (above elbow) £60,000 – £85,000.
  • Muscle tears – up to £3,000.
  • Burns to an arm which do not result in significant long term impairment or skin grafts – up to £10,000.
